The Engaging Church (TEC) is a strategy that helps local churches equip believers to communicate the Gospel to unbelievers.

Studies have shown that only a small percentage of Churches in the USA grow through evangelism. TEC is helping to change this in a dramatic way.

The TEC curriculum is based on over 30 years of evangelism, church planting, and campus ministry by Dr. Rice Broocks, as well as his academic research at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California. His doctoral dissertation on "The Gift of the Evangelist"—believed to be the first in the world on this topic—is at the heart of the initiative. (Available by clicking here)

A culture of evangelism can be achieved by identifying and training those women and men who have the gift of the Evangelist. They become the mentors to the 99% of those believers who are not Evangelists.

TEC Training Seminars make empowering all believers to share the Gospel and defend the truth of the Christian faith a reachable goal.

The TEC Training Seminar consists of 4-5 sessions usually conducted on a Saturday in a local church from 9am-2pm.
