The TEC curriculum is based on over 30 years of evangelism, church planting, and campus ministry by Dr. Rice Broocks, as well as his academic research at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California. His doctoral dissertation on "The Gift of the Evangelist"—believed to be the first in the world on this topic—is at the heart of the initiative. They become the mentors to the 99% of those believers who are not Evangelists.
TEC Training Seminars make empowering all believers to share the Gospel and defend the truth of the Christian faith a reachable goal.
